Japan's new administration has opted for a twin-track approach in its dealings with Beijing, showing caution on security issues but wishing to be cooperative in the economic field, analysts said.
比如,歐盟對(duì)伊朗的twin-track approach就是指using both dialogue and sanctions to target Iran's atomic program.(對(duì)伊朗的核計(jì)劃同時(shí)采取對(duì)話和制裁手段)。
為防止列車相撞,要分清single-track railway(單軌鐵路)和twin-track railway(雙軌鐵路)。
