　　會議背景丨Background

 

　　第六屆國際進出口食品政策與法律法規交流會由中國出入境檢驗檢疫協會牽頭，將于2020年09月23日在廣州琶洲召開。此次會議將針對政府職能機構改革后對進出口食品行業帶來的影響進行展開，繼續邀請中國、德國、西班牙、法國、巴西、美國、丹麥、日本、韓國、新西蘭、澳大利亞、愛爾蘭、烏拉圭、荷蘭、波蘭、泰國等國家相關政府與行業協會組織針對本國進出口食品的法律法規及對華出口貿易政策進行宣講與解析，并就海外相關組織與企業如何在中國獲得市場準入以及如何拓展中國市場提供綠色通道與合作平臺。第五屆會議已于2019年05月28日在上海成功召開。交流會期間由海關總署、國家市場監督管理總局、上海海關、天津海關、南京海關、深圳海關等相關部門領導，以及外國政府官員、技術專家、行業組織及相關企業代表圍繞中國進口食品政策與法規解析、中國農產品質量安全、進口食品境外加工企業衛生注冊制度解析、中國進出口食品安全監管政策，以及其他國家食品出口貿易政策及監管體系介紹等話題進行闡述，三百多人參加了本次會議。

 

　　The 6th International Import & Export Food Policy,Laws and Regulations Summit will be led by the China Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Association and will be held on September 16, 2020 in Pazhou, Guangzhou. During the exchange meeting, leaders of the General Administration of Customs, the State Administration of Market Supervision, Shanghai Customs, Tianjin Customs, Nanjing Customs, Shenzhen Customs and other relevant departments, as well as foreign government officials, technical experts, industry organizations and related enterprise representatives, More than 300 people participated in this topic, including the analysis of laws and regulations, the analysis of the quality and safety of agricultural products in China, the analysis of the sanitary registration system of imported food processing companies abroad, China's import and export food safety supervision policies, and the introduction of food export trade policies and supervision systems in other countries meeting.
